All prices are per person/day, including wellness facilities and all statutory duties and VAT. If you don’t want food, there is no price discount granted. The surcharge for room in single use is up to 50%. For a reservation to 3 nights, we calculate a daily surcharge of € 10.00.
Reservations:
The “Austrian hotel contract conditions” of the Federation of accommodation facilities, 23.9.1981 as agreed. An early departure, the entire reservation period has to be paied. Cancellation costs may be through our “insurance coverage”.
Deposit:
For every reservation we ask for a deposit of € 150.00 per person per euro cheque or on our account Raika Seeboden, Kto.Nr. 19,919, BLZ 39479. The deposit is handling charges in case of no showing or late cancellation.
Arrival and Departure:
Arrival: The rooms are ready at least to 15.00 am.
On arrival after 18.00 pm we ask for notification. Room release on the day of departure: 10.00
Payment:
Cash, online payments using the euro cheque card (A, D, NL). VISA and EUROCARD
