"We know where it's coming from" – The Moserhof gourmet experts, led by our young chef Lee Wielstra, process exclusively selected foods from the region. Beef from our own farm, fruits and vegetables from our own fields, and freshly caught fish from Lake Millstatt. All our dishes are prepared glutamate-free (without flavour enhancer).
In our à la carte restaurant mo.wi we serve you seasonal specialties. Upon request, we also prepare all our dishes lactose- or gluten-free and, too, as a dietary or bland diet food.
